We kindly remind you of our Cancellation Policy
Your appointments and convenience are of high importance to us. We realise that at times, unexpected circumstances may require schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel an appointment, we respectfully require that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
Our Policy:
A Cancellation, or a request to reschedule made less than 48 hours in advance, will invoke a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booked services. Any no-shows will invoke a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the booked services. Any cancellations within 48-hour notice or no-shows for free consultations and reviews will invoke a cancellation fee of £30.
Should you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee that we will have time to provide the service. The same cancellation fee will be charged if we cannot accommodate you.
To Skin will always send a booking confirmation with your appointment’s time, date, and location. An appointment reminder is sent 48 hours before your appointment via text from ‘Fresha’. This ensures we have taken all the appropriate steps to avoid last-minute cancellations and no-shows.
